A few things you might be wondering
Can I ask Owner Relief to do something when I need it?
Yes. If the request falls within one of the jobs we have set up for you, you can ask through the AI you already use for work.
For example, if customer follow-up is one of your agreed jobs, you could ask:
“Follow up with John about the quote we sent yesterday.”
Your Owner Relief agent then handles the agreed work using the systems and rules configured for your business.
What happens if I need help after it’s set up?
You can add Owner Relief Care for A$299 + GST per month.
Care gives you ongoing support if something needs troubleshooting, a connection stops working, or you need a small adjustment as your business changes.
Care is optional. If there is a problem with the original setup, we will still review it to determine what needs fixing.
Can I split the setup payment?
Yes. The standard setup fee is A$2,495 + GST, paid upfront.
If payment timing is the only thing holding you back, we can split it into two equal payments of A$1,247.50 + GST — one to get started and the second before your Owner Relief setup goes live.
How long does setup take?
Usually 7–10 business days once we have the information, access and approvals we need.
Do I need to change the software I already use?
No. We use the tools you already have wherever practical. If we need something else, we’ll tell you before we start.
What if Owner Relief gets something wrong?
You stay in control. Customer-facing messages are prepared for you to review and approve before they are sent.
Will I have to learn another complicated system?
No. Owner Relief is designed to work with your existing business, not add another dashboard to manage.
